  • I primarily spend my calories working with especially technology and software clients to find ways to accelerate growth and elevate commercial performance — especially by leveraging data and AI. Examples of this include building dynamic pricing engines, building G2M strategies for AI products, or working with post-merger commercial engine re-design. I have through my years at McKinsey worked with essentially every function and topic in the commercial domain.
