  • I've spent seven years at McKinsey, most recently as Associate Partner and as a leader in the Nordic Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice, and the Tech Private Equity practice.
  • The through-line in my work is the same wherever I show up: finding ways to elevate commercial performance, especially with data and AI. That's meant building dynamic pricing engines, building AI lead generation engines, driving end-to-end growth transformations. On the investor side, it means running the commercial and operational diligence on Nordic software assets — the work that tells you whether a business can actually grow.
